My fiancé and I stopped by Rosa's to pick up a quick flower arrangement for some friends that just welcomed their first baby girl. Incredible!!! All florists were closed due to the Labor Day holiday, but the phone rang over to the owner's cell phone. She took the order and delivered an amazing arrangement.

Once again i went back to Rosas, this time for a funeral. Not realizing she was closed, i called and she answered. She was on her way home. When i told what i needed flowers for she turned around and came back to her shop. She was very patient with me, not in any hurry and was wonderful. The flower arrangements were beautiful! She is the best! My relatives also ordered flowers from her and they were also wonderful. This is customer service at its best. Thank you Rosa!
