The nurses, RTs and PTs were awesome! I was in ICU and they literally loved me back to health. I highly recommend BayCare Alliant.
Wonderful medical care, the staff was always concerned about my loved one and the social worker was wonderful.
Her room was spacious enough for several family members to visit all together and there was soft music playing in the room creating a very serene setting. I left feeling confident that she was in the right place and that the hospital and staff are specialized in their ability to do the necessary steps to bring recovery and rehabilitation.
My first visit there and was highly impressed with the critical care unit. The nurse taking care of my close friend [Laurie] had read all about her history, knew exactly what her condition was, and what their plan of action would be.
Absolutely absurd pricing and billing practices. We have good insurance, and because of that we are now paying maybe DOUBLE what we would have paid if we walked in and paid cash. Our insurance only would pay for a little more than half of Baycare's bloated $870 x-ray. I'm not sure how that works, but I know someone is lining their pockets. We were told pay or they send us to collection. If your primary care physician works here, ask them to send you elsewhere for services.
Am very impressed with the level of care and their open communication with family and concern they show toward our needs also. Would not hesitate to use their services again.
