At this point, I consider Vincent Giordana "Joe", to be irresponsible and dishonest. Clearly, he is willfully negligent with other peoples property, but wants their cash.
Bill was wonderful, clothes were professionally cleaned and packaged and prices were great!! Anytime we need wash, dry and fold service we call D & B, just ask for Bill.
Firstly, the owner identifies himself as "Joe" on a business card he hands out when his real name is Vincent Giordano. His wife's name on the same card is listed as "Robin" when it is really Sheryl Giordano. Last month, May 2017, I received a pair of men's boxer briefs in with my washed laundry from D&B Coin Laundry, LLC and I called "Joe" who told me to throw it away. I told him that it belonged to another customer and I would return it when I brought my laundry in the next time. I did and "Joe" identified it as belonging to an elderly man who he picked up and delivered to. After that I became a little uneasy with "Joe" but continued to bring him our laundry for wash, dry and fold. Two weeks ago, I discovered that one sock each from two pair went missing in his custody. I called "Joe" and he told me that he would give me $10 or $20 for them and then hung up on me. I attempted to call him back three times, but the phone went immediately to voice mail. I called him today to see if he would give me a refund or credit on my laundry and he told me that he would not do my laundry or give me a refund.

Super clean! Well maintained! I drive from tarpon spring's to do my laundry there because I am so happy with d&b laundry.
Very clean facility, never had an issue with nonfunctional machines not being marked out of order. The machines work well and never have to re-wash anything. The dryers work very well and only need 25ish minutes to dry each load. Have been using this laundromat for two years because the ones in my apartment complex leave your clothes smelling worse. I went there yesterday to wash clothes and left my coinpurse behind accidentally with $19 cash inside. They held it for me until I could come back today to pick it up. I am especially grateful for their integrity during these stressful times post storm. Will always come back to this location. Thank you!
