Great campground for riding the Pinellas Trail. Cross busy 19 or ride south 1/4 mile for the trail bridge

This RV resort is amazing! Everything is so clean and well kept. The showers were going through a bit of renovation while i was there, but remained usable and clean. Great place to stay on an RV trip!
After driving 16 hours to get to the campground, we were greeted by a rude woman at the desk who put us in a terrible camping spot that was hard for us to get in to. We signed up for a pull through full hook up site and they tried to lie and say we didn't but then my mom showed her the reservation and we did. She still didn't agree to have us moved to a pull through site but did agree to refund us our money that we paid more for the larger site. When we got out of our cars it was literally not a second before we were getting attacked by mosquitos. I had 15 bites in under 10 minutes. We immediately put on bug spray and lit citronella candles and that didn't even help. They seriously need to spray and treat their grounds for this problem. My mom and I went to Walmart and bought one of each thing they had there to treat our camp site. Even our poor dogs were covered. Absolutely ridiculous! We are actually considering leaving this place and finding a new camp ground. Wouldn't have even given a star but one will do. It's not that hard to keep your guests happy. Spray the damn facility=happier campers!!
Close to Honneymoon Island and nice place to stay. The staff is friendly, and they keep the bathroom and shower extremely clean.
